I’ve had a passion for cooking for as long as I remember and have been fortunate to work in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years. With the onset of the pandemic, I left the restaurant world and have brought my vast culinary experience to catering and at-home private dining. I have experience across a range of cuisines with a special focus on classic and modern French. In the following pages you can read all about my approach, style, and sample meals but given that I have a young family at home, safety and sanitation is a top priority. I source as much local produce, meat, poultry, and seafood as feasible, including vegetables from my garden.

Born and raised in Washington DC, I have over 20 years of experience. I trained in New York City for three years in Michelin star restaurants like Country and Oceana (modern french) before moving back home taking a job at Marcel’s (classic french). Working for several top restaurants and award-wining chefs such as Geoffrey Zakarian, Cornelius Gallager, and Robert Wiedmaier in DC, I became praised in the diplomatic circles, and I landed a job as the Executive Chef to the Saudi Ambassador. I spent the next five years creating one of the most exceptional dining tables in the Embassy world before starting my private catering company.

I have had the good fortune to eat in some of the best restaurants from around the world… that list of restaurants now includes my very own dining table thanks to Chef Andrew. My wife and I recently celebrated our 5th anniversary and Chef Andrew worked with me to make it a very special surprise. He’s a classically trained master chef and together we developed a menu of dishes from some of our favorite restaurants.
